Listening to the Language of the Body:
A Journey from Pain to Empowerment

In 2016, I stepped into a seven-year healing journey —

one that would take me to the edge of my pain and the depths of my power.

When the Body
Began to Speak

It began with my stomach: painfully distended, and bloated to the point where I looked pregnant. Despite undergoing countless medical tests—colonoscopies, ultrasounds, pelvic exams and blood work—doctors had no answers. My symptoms were repeatedly dismissed: “It’s all in your head,” they said. “You look too healthy” to have anything seriously wrong. Each dismissal made me question my reality: Was I being overly sensitive? Was my pain even real? Doubt took root, but deep down, I knew something needed attention. The dead ends mounted as my symptoms intensified. I would later be hospitalized with a gut obstruction that mystified doctors even more, and soon after, I was monitored for ovarian cancer. Debilitating panic attacks started to hit like waves every day, swallowing me whole, making it difficult to show up fully.

It seemed like every corner of my body was under siege, and every corner I turned only led to another dead end.

The Prison of Pain: Lost in Symptoms & Diagnoses

Years of searching, I finally found tangible names: SIBO, PCOS, adrenal fatigue, chronic constipation, panic attacks, allergies, and more. I was handed pills and diets meant to "fix" me, yet nothing did. These words, which I thought would bring clarity and healing, instead clung like a second skin. I felt entrenched in a narrative of brokenness—reduced to a collection of symptoms and diagnoses, defining me more by what was wrong than by what was whole. The pain persisted, and with it came a deep sense of shame.

I felt too complex to understand and a burden too heavy to carry among my relationships, leaving me feeling isolated and alone. My identity had become my pain, and I felt utterly trapped. I became a prisoner of my symptom based labels, believing I was at the mercy of my ailments.

Then, within my quietest moment, I heard a faint whisper calling me to look deeper.

I realized that I am not a victim of my reality

I am a powerful multi-dimensional being who had

subconsciously manifested the illness in my body

I understood that the same energy that created

the illness, could also be harnessed to dismantle it

To shift my state of being and create a new reality,

I stopped focusing on what hurt and began attuning to what felt alive.

The Power of Attention

I followed the spark of my passions, cultivated beauty, and found erotic presence through my senses—the gentle pull of the tide around my ankles, the tingle of something sweet on my tongue, the expansion of awe, like a soft breath filling my chest in the presence of something greater. Joy became my medicine.

The more I opened to the vibrancy of life, the more aware I became of the living intelligence within my body. That’s when I realized...my body had been speaking to me all along through the language of sensation: aches, fatigue, tightness, panic—each encoded with a message. My body wasn’t broken. It was wise. Responsive. A living oracle speaking a language I was just beginning to understand. So I asked, tenderly and with curiosity: What are you trying to show me? My body answered...in grief asking to be held, rage needing a voice, shame longing for acceptance, loneliness aching for belonging, and burnout pleading for rest. I sang them into melody, found where they lived in my body, and stayed with them until they showed me the way out.

One day, the pain was gone. The illness had lifted. I had stepped into a new state of being. The conscious act of placing my attention on joy, beauty, and sensation became a powerful catalyst for healing.

From Pain To Purpose

Today, I walk beside those who are ready to heal themselves by turning their attention towards a new state of being. I understand the raw sensations of pain, the silent shame, the longing to be seen without explanation, and the heavy weight of labels that only deepen the confusion. But there is another way—one that doesn’t pathologize your pain, but honors it as a sacred invitation. When we soften our grip on fixing, and meet our discomfort with presence, we awaken the body’s innate capacity to heal.

Through a blend of energy work, channeled activations and somatics, I help you release pain and illness by guiding you back to your body’s wisdom and inner power—so you can live with more ease, vitality and freedom.

I am not here to heal you.
I am here to hold the mirror as you remember:
You are your own greatest healer.

I can’t wait to journey with you.

With all my love,

Does Your Heart Feel Seen?

Trust the tingles, the deep breath, the quiet yes. Your body knows the way.
